Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, Temptations 4 You (T4Y) is unable to return or exchange products unless defective. All sales are final.

Defective Products
If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department at info@t4yonline.com within 60 days and they can help you process the replacement through the manufacturer warranty. You can also go directly to the manufacturer and submit your request for a replacement.

Processing

Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

Shipping

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from. Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 Business days Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 15 - 45 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Tracking

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality products. When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go here.

How Long Till I receive my package?

Shipping times vary by the location of your item and the warehouse it is in, Typical time is 20-45 days.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Please note that, on rare occasions, orders may be delayed as a result of a slower than usual customs clearance.
